Indonesia is Superior than Brazil and China

benderaBangkok - Brazil can win out Confederation Cup soccer tournament in 2009. However, in the case of e-governance Government, Indonesia is still considered better.
Indonesia which occupies 23 of the world ranking, is clearly superior to the Brazilian who occupies in position 30.

Not less plume, Indonesia also still superior compared to India (24), China (26), Philippines (27) and Vietnam (31), although still under Thailand (21) and Malaysia (22).
All this was in the breakfast meeting of the academy manager at the CIO event Apectel International Academy of Chief Information Officer (IAC), Bangkok, on Monday (2009/6/29).

As reported by The IAC chapter Indonesia Manager, Suhono Harso Supangkat, there are six criteria used to determine the ranking of world e-Gov based on ranking of Waserda University, Japan.
The criteria are: prepareness network, required interface (cyberlaw, e-payment system), management optimization, national portal, CIO in government, e-Gov promotion.
Suhono said, since the first measurement in 2005, Indonesia’s rank continues to be better. From 31, then 29, and now ranked 23./MrStanza
